I am Manjari Joshi. Having completed my Bachelor's degree in Law from Guru Nanak Dev University in the year 2004, I started my practice in Sessions Court at Jalandhar. Both parents being in legal profession for more than 40 years now, law runs in my blood. Married to a lawyer who is practicing in the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh, I am now 18 years into legal practice. I am the standing counsel for the State Bank of India and have represented State Bank of India, Indian Bank(Erstwhile Allahabad Bank) before the Hon'ble High Court. Besides, I have regular appearance before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Chandigarh and represent four public sector banks before the DRT Chandigarh.
I have handled many cases from the Stressed Assets Management Branches of Indian Bank and State Bank of India and contested matters of high stakes both before the ld. Debts Recovery Tribunal, Chandigarh as well as the Hon'ble High Court.

Secured favorable judgments from the High Court in favour of Indian Bank to effect a recovery of more than 10 crores in the case of Motel Golden Saras. Even now, we represent leading banks in the bunch matters pending before the division bench of the Hon'ble High Court to render assistance in questions of significant importance. The legal question which has recently been admitted in the Supreme Court as to whether PMLA over-rides the SARFAESI Act, has arisen out of a petition from our office, which had been filed before the High Court. Besides, some suits running into 100 crores have been filed on behalf of Indian Bank before the ld. Debts Recovery Tribunal Chandigarh.
